November 2025 – demolishing of the old bungalow continues
October 2025 – a bit more demolition and then a break until late spring
September 2025 – moving Marj in!
Aug 2025 – Marj’s flat, workshop and balcony…
July 2025 – Marj’s flat and the staircase…
June 2025 – change of plan!
May 2025 – first fix downstairs
April 2025 – starting on completion
March 2025 – moving in!
February 2025 – second fix – shower tiling, electrics, painting…
January 2025 – more plaster boarding, plastering and….

November 2024 – mvhr, studwork, doors, electrics, plumbing…
October 2024 – downstairs floor and starting studwork upstairs
September 2024 – Upstairs floor, wrong X, front doors.
August 2024 – electricity, roof, windows, bridge and upstairs flooring.
July 2024 – roof membrane, rooflights, windows and water supply prep
June 2024: roof construction, electricity supply and the tool of the year.
May 2024 update – finishing the Nudura walls and, hopefully, starting on the roof…

September (16th) update: Site levelled and strip foundation trenches started
July (19) update – lots of digging and more delay with planning approval.
