MVHR. Every day’s a school day! We didn’t foresee that by warming up the floors (to dry the concrete) the moisture would condense so much on the rooflights, steel work (cold bridge until insulated) etc. So the focus shifted from studwork to mvhr…

And we got the doors in downstairs

And we met Neil Macree from Building Control to discuss what needed doing to get our ‘habitation letter’ so we can move in pre-completion and get the VAT refund so we can complete.

And we started on the first fix plumbing and electrics with help from Handy Hardy again.
