Only phase 1 – the front half upstairs. Electrics and plumbing. Kitchen fitting, shower tiling, plant room plastering and painting ready for the boiler move and sewage treatment plant pipework.

We start with Ralph catching 40 winks in the digger bucket!
2nd fixing upstairs and first fixing the plant room ready for us to move in. Heating kit booked in for week commencing 17th March. As soon as that is up and running we can move in. As we are relocating it from the old bungalow – we won’t be able to live there anyway!
Dan, the cladding expert booked in for September.
Upstairs prep ready for Joe (B) to come and finish the electrics and Joe (H) to do the tiling in the shower:

Prepping the plant room for plastering and painting before the boiler goes in:

Installing sewage treatment plant pipework:

17th March – moving the heating system over from Old Culvercroft to New Culvercroft. Cylinder and pump successfully relocated. Old Culvercroft freezing in this lovely breeze from the east. Thanks to Richard and Teresa next door we can at least have a hot shower at the end of the day. Hopefully we’ll be up and running in the new place by the weekend…
18th March – heating system pipework started – prepping for the filling and commissioning on Thursday. All being well Joe arrives on Wednesday to do the electrics…
